Perched right above Mosman Bay, this tiered clubhouse lets you dine over the water as harbor ferries drift past. Down below, the cafe serves morning flat whites and crisp corn fritters after walks along Cremorne Point. Upstairs, the pub opens onto a timber verandah built for afternoon rounds and plates of prawn spaghetti. Regulars know to step out onto the lower deck for sunset drinks, where passing boats and calm water set an easy, lingering pace.
