About Lana

Slip through Grana on Young Street and head upstairs to Lana, where Italian tradition meets punchy Asian crossover. Sydney foodies point straight to the duck doughnuts and citrus-dressed scallop crudo, followed by a warm, house-baked focaccia. Pasta holds its own—especially the chili-spiked rigatoni hitting an exact al dente alongside squid ink risotto. But the real curveball on the table is the salted egg and kaffir lime potatoes, trailed by a pour of vintage red guided by the sommelier.

  • Asian-Italian Menu: Italian pasta and classics accented with kaffir lime, salted egg, and citrus notes.
  • Hidden Entry: Tucked on the second floor, reached by walking straight through ground-floor Grana.
  • Polished Service: Tailored wine guidance and celebratory hospitality fit for anniversaries and milestones.
