We had the banquet, and every course was beautifully presented and full of flavour—from the yellowfin tuna and wagyu tartare to the veal katsu and desserts.

Pillowy warm shio bread served with umami kombu butter doubles as the ideal vehicle to wipe clean remaining rich sauces across courses.
