Tucked along Bourke Street, this sunlit Surry Hills haunt pairs neighborhood warmth with a rich, Turkish-inspired brunch lineup. Regulars head straight for shaded sidewalk tables, bypassing standard cafe routines for fragrant shakshuka, crisp spinach and feta gozleme, and thick kaymak drizzled with honey. Mustafa and his crew provide genuine table service, running plates alongside smooth flat whites or traditional Turkish coffee brewed in a cezve.
