Sussex Street’s carnivores skip the ceremony and head straight for the tabletop grill—armed with a phone and a countdown timer. This is an all-you-can-eat yakiniku spread where the quality defies the buffet tag. Heavily marbled MB8-9 wagyu, thick-cut beef tongue, and tender oyster blade sizzle over the hot grates alongside buttery salmon sashimi and tabletop-charred scallops. QR-code ordering sends plates out in rapid waves, while seasonal catches like raw eel hit the flames between bites. Pair the charred hanging tender with house tare before finishing with green tea ice cream.
- Top-tier MB8-9 Wagyu: Generous platters of heavily marbled beef tongue, hanging tender, and MB8-9 cuts cook directly on tabletop grates.
- Fresh sashimi and seafood: The all-you-can-eat menu pairs sizzling meats with thick cuts of salmon sashimi, scallops, and seasonal raw eel.
- Rapid QR-code ordering: Tableside mobile ordering kicks off an on-screen session countdown and ensures dishes hit the grates promptly.
- Weekday lunch value: Weekday lunch visits paid in cash unlock notable savings on the unlimited spread.

Why Dine at Gyuzou Yakiniku Premium Buffet
All-you-can-eat high-grade Wagyu, tabletop grilling, and seamless digital service.
MB8-9 Wagyu Cuts Included in the Buffet
Guests enjoy unrestricted access to high-marbled MB8-9 Wagyu beef cuts like tongue, oyster blade, and hanging tender without à la carte pricing constraints.
The MB8-9 wagyu was consistently high quality, with great marbling but not overly greasy. Beef tongue, hanging tender and oyster blade were all excellent.
OLIVER? Z Frictionless Mobile Table Ordering
The buffet setup allows diner tables to order independently via phone QR codes, with prompt delivery directly to the table.
The host provided a QR code to scan for our table number. This differs to the typical restaurant practice to provide one tablet for ordering. The benefit is that everyone can start ordering on their phones, no wait. The food is delivered very promptly.
Rob Walker Authentic Premium Meat Standards
Diners find meat and sashimi standards that exceed typical all-you-can-eat expectations, delivering standalone restaurant caliber.
A lot of buffet places use wagyu as a selling point but the actual quality is pretty average - this wasn’t the case here at all. The marbling was legit and the taste was genuinely excellent, not just “good for a buffet” but actually good period.
Raymond Chan Specialty Dining Caliber Without Compromise
Guests experience genuine restaurant dining luxury rather than a conventional buffet atmosphere.
분명 내가 주문한 고기는 뷔페식인데 고급 레스토랑에서 먹는 느낌을 받았다.
SuJin Park Relaxed Catch-Ups with Tabletop Grilling
The tabletop grilling format creates an interactive, relaxed meal suited for sharing meat cuts and fresh sides among companions.
The environment is clean and comfortable, and the pace of dining feels relaxed rather than rushed. A solid choice for a casual catch-up with friends.
Jasmine Shared Tabletop Barbecue Experience
Groups can gather around the shared grill to cook beef, fresh prawns, and mushrooms together with diverse dipping sauces.
We grilled beautifully marbled beef slices, prawns, and mushrooms right at our table – everything was fresh and full of flavor.
