Tucked into Potts Point, Honkas Bar + Eats pairs interactive cocktail and dumpling sessions with breezy open-air courtyard dining. Groups crowd the tables to fold wrappers and shake drinks alongside energetic instructors—eating what they make, served steamed, pan-fried, and deep-fried straight from the kitchen.
