Tucked along Kellett Street, this Potts Point bistrot serves organic, scratch-made Italian cooking shaped by whatever looks prime right now. Chef Mauro rolls pasta by hand, works with organic flours and grass-fed cuts, and turns out fresh sourdough beside plates of burrata or ragù.
