About West End Espresso

Opposite Jannali station, this compact coffee bar pulls city-grade espresso alongside a tight food menu built on top-tier artisan goods. Commuters grab a batch brew and a breakfast roll on the run, while regulars pull up an upturned milk crate out front to dog-watch with a Reuben toastie. The espresso hoppers run on Reuben Hills beans, supplemented by rotating single-origin filters—think V60s and Aeropress brews. The glass counter stays stocked with Brickfields pastries and thick Butter Boy cookies, finished with Cornersmith relishes spooned straight onto hot toasties.

  • Multi-Roaster Specialty Coffee: Pours Reuben Hills house blends alongside rotating single-origin beans prepared as V60, Aeropress, or batch brews.
  • Compact Station-Side Footprint: An intimate setup seating around a dozen guests across a communal timber bench and sidewalk milk crates.
  • Artisan Sourcing: Supplies local favorites including Butter Boy cookies, Brickfields pastries, and Cornersmith relishes.

Why Choose West End Espresso

Discover what makes this compact Jannali destination an essential neighborhood ritual.

  • Curated multi-roaster coffee program

House espresso features Reuben Hills roasters alongside rotating single origins, V60, and Aeropress pour-overs.

The house made blend uses Rueben Hills beans, but for the black based they use single origin and rotate between roasters. They also do V60 and Aeropress.

I dropped by as they are stockists of Butter Boy cookies (worth any distance you need to drive to try these, they are that good!).

Before you head over

Practical tips on seating, parking, and dog-friendly visits at West End Espresso.
