Una's serves massive Austrian schnitzels with crisp potato rösti and German beer in a retro Darlinghurst tavern setting. Longtime patrons drop in for the double-stacked Jaeger schnitzel blanketed in mushroom sauce—paired alongside a crunchy bed of buttery rösti and sharp sauerkraut.
