Kam Lun Yeung Chicken Katsu Curry with Rice
The katsu was perfectly golden and crisp on the outside, yet tender and juicy inside. The curry sauce had that authentic Japanese flavour.

the salmon sashimi was some of the best I've ever had — buttery, delicate, and perfectly sliced.
