Tucked beneath Bankstown Sports Club, this subterranean brewpub pairs 30 craft taps with stacked smash burgers and barrel booths fitted with personal TVs. The working microbrewery churns out house pours visible behind glass, best sampled via tasting paddle alongside beef brisket or fried wings. After 5 PM the room transitions to adults only—giving sports fans and late-night groups free rein over the screens. Grab a booth, dial the television straight to the footy, and settle in with a cold growler.
