This Marrickville social club delivers honest Portuguese and Madeiran home cooking without any pretension. Tables fill with complimentary rolls and olives before the serious plates arrive—garlicky pipis, braised pork and clams, and traditional salted bacalhau prepared two ways. Pour an imported Sagres or Portuguese soda from the bar, share a rich bowl of house chocolate mousse, and settle in among the neighborhood regulars.
