    Upon returning from photos, canapés and drinks were staged directly inside the private bridal room so the couple could eat and enjoy a moment to themselves.

  • Immediate Bouquet Vase Care

    Bridal bouquets were gathered and immediately placed into fresh vases upon arrival, keeping florals hydrated and off hands without the couple having to ask.

  • Fresh Coconut and Seafood Bar

    Interactive live coconut and fresh seafood stations were arranged as experiential food additions during the reception.

  • Post-Ceremony Beach Reserve Bar

    A mobile pop-up bar service was brought directly down to Whale Beach Reserve for post-ceremony drinks with guests prior to bridal photos.
