About Vineria Luisa

Behind a curved 1950s salon facade, this two-level Enmore haunt serves rich regional Italian cooking alongside a dedicated gintoneria. Diners pack the intimate upstairs dining room for slow-cooked ragù lasagna layered with bechamel and plates of fresh fregola alla Vignarola. Downstairs, the bartenders tailor gin pours and Italian wines to your taste before spoons break into wobbly vanilla panna cotta glossed with amarena cherries.

  • Restored Marie-Louise Salon facade: Preserves the vintage 1950s salon street frontage with a lively ground-floor gin bar and dining upstairs.
  • Signature Italian staples: Features multi-layer slow-cooked ragù lasagna, fresh seasonal pasta, and wobbly amarena cherry panna cotta.
  • Dedicated gintoneria program: Bartenders pair tailored gin profiles and boutique Italian wines to match individual tastes and courses.

  • Textbook Wobbly Panna Cotta

Dessert is anchored by Alessandro Pavoni's textbook vanilla panna cotta, finished with English custard and Amarena Fabbri cherries.

An amarena fabbri cherry nipple and a circlet of English custard contribute to this milky and silky dome being the best pannacotta ever.
