The Cebu Lechon Belly was excellent. The pork was soft and juicy and so crispy on top. The dipping sauce was great to cut through the pork and the pickled veges were lovely.

Hanna Faltiquera Bulalo
At the initial visit, I tried their Bulalo (bone marrow) cost $45, served with a couple of corn cobs and generous Bok Choy. Oh wow indeed! If you can recall back home the famous phrase "sabaw pa lang ulam na", that's what I experienced with their Bulalo.
