Filipino culinary twists on cafe classics
Signature breakfast items weave classic Filipino staples into cafe classics, including pork belly scramble paired with spiced vinegar dip and longganisa breakfast burgers.
This dish was next-level—cafe-style food with a Filipino twist. The pork belly with the vinegar dip was so flavorful, and the portion sizes were great.
Naomi Hartanti Inventive house creations and flavor combinations
Inventive dishes such as 'It's Benny Long Day' incorporate bold twists like pate-calamansi hollandaise, accompanied by distinct drinks like iced koji lattes.
The explosion of flavours in my mouth was truly mind-blowing, and I'd confidently give it a well-deserved 10/10. I actually asked for extra pate-calamansi hollandaise on the side, which made it even more delicious!
