About Tenacious Bakehouse

This tight Oxford Street counter reimagines laminated viennoiserie through bold Korean flavors. Flaky pastry shatters on contact, loaded with savoury bechamel ham and cheese drizzled in hot honey. Regulars make morning detours for the viral Portuguese tart, where a savoury miso glaze cuts right through silky, rich egg custard. Trays of chewy-crisp Dubai crunch balls and pandan coconut croissants empty quickly into take-away boxes. Seating is sparse, so take an iced black sesame latte or sweet sikhye out the door onto the pavement.

  • Inventive Viennoiserie: Crisp, multi-layered croissants loaded with hot honey bechamel or light pandan coconut cream.
  • Miso Tarts & Savouries: Custard tarts balanced with a savoury miso glaze alongside crisp, savoury Korean-inspired pastries.
  • Korean-Inspired Drinks: Espresso pulled alongside house black sesame lattes, iced matcha, and traditional Korean sweet rice punch.
