Regulars settle in for aperitivo hour, pairing bottomless carafes of tart Limoncello and bitter Venetian spritzes with boards of prosciutto, salami, and chilli-spiced focaccia. Between 5 and 7pm, staff circulate with complimentary chef bites while the bar shakes discounted espresso martinis.
