Tucked inside the Amora Hotel on Jamison Street, Brooksy Bar sets the pace for a sharp CBD rendezvous. Dim lighting, plush seating, and a live pianist taking song requests via QR code—dialed to an easy conversational volume. Regulars settle in for aperitivo hour, pairing bottomless carafes of tart Limoncello and bitter Venetian spritzes with boards of prosciutto, salami, and chilli-spiced focaccia. Between 5 and 7pm, staff circulate with complimentary chef bites while the bar shakes discounted espresso martinis.
