Arisun Chinatown

Chinatown crowds pack Arisun at the southern end of Dixon Street to kick off big nights out. Groups pass around one-litre steins of peach and yuzu iced tea while Korean music videos roll across the room. The kitchen turns out proper anju—crunchy fried chicken tossed in sweet-and-spicy Honey Tabasco, bubbling hot pots, and bowls of seafood tofu soup. Plates of pork belly pancake and beef tartare circulate with cold soju until late.
