Perched at the end of the heritage wharf, this waterfront haunt pairs front-row Sydney Harbour Bridge views with an effortless, unpretentious dining room. Set right inside the arts complex, it serves as an easy pre-show haven for theatre-goers and a relaxed perch for harbour walkers needing a midday glass of wine. The open timber interior repurposes original dock beams into window tables overlooking the water. Tables fill quickly for plates of tender lamb shoulder, chargrilled globe artichoke, and smoked trout dip before the show chimes announce curtain call.
