Tucked behind Taylor Square, this hybrid wine bar and art gallery pours exclusively regional NSW juice without the usual Surry Hills markup. Walls display vintage posters available to buy, while owner Saxon and sommelier Lisa guide patrons through regional vineyards. Drinks lean hyper-local—think Intrepidus half-dry Riesling alongside local beers—while patrons often carry in takeout from nearby restaurants or linger over Thursday board game tables.
