MuMian Dining turns classic Cantonese dining into a sleek Darling Quarter experience built for family tables and polished evenings out. Longtime diners steer banquets toward the two-course roasted Maremma duck—crisp skin tucked into pancakes followed by a wok-tossed san choy bao second course. The kitchen pairs time-honoured flavours with clever modern balance, pairing rich burrata with crisp youtiao before sending out plump XO pipis over fried vermicelli and tender Angus beef cubes with wasabi mayo. Cocktails come bright and tailored, finishing alongside warm bowls of red bean soup and fried ice cream.
