The kitchen leans into bright, shareable coastal bites—think crisp smoked eggplant tostadas with salsa macha, zesty daily ceviche dressed in yuzu ponzu, and chewy garlic-and-fermented-honey flatbread. Guests lingering past sundown tap into cellar pours dispensed via Coravin, paired with tender rump caps pulled straight from the charcoal embers of the Josper grill.
