    I made a booking for 80+ people for a private celebration and we were given the terrace under the fairy lights. The area was amazing and spacious, perfect for people to stand around and mingle as well has sit down in groups to enjoy their meals.

    The intimate setting of Hatch made it easy for everyone to relax, chat, and enjoy the night. Bonus points for having the NRL on in the background and the clever layout, which meant the weather didn’t affect us at all, despite being an outdoor space.

    We had a delightful first visit to Hatch, the Humphrey's restaurant. We opted for their special Truffle degustation with a wine pairing & we weren't disappointed. The Wagyu was a particular standout, although the buttery cod was equally special.

    Guests can transition seamlessly between a laid-back sports bar and bistro or a white-tablecloth restaurant under one single roof.

    There are two areas, one as a casual setting and the other being white table setting but with the same kitchen. The food is simply outstanding. The beef so well cooked and presented, perfectly done.

    Friends and families can enjoy substantial pub classics, hearty portions, and drink specials alongside sports screens on the airy outdoor balcony.

    Ample seating space. Pub has good screens for sports and nice views from the balcony. Service was quick and good. Food was really good and fresh. Ambience is overally nice.

    We also enjoyed the Wagyu Steak Tartare — the mix of kimchi apple cider, burnt onion cream, green pepper, potato crisps, and egg yolk was creative, rich, and well-balanced.
