About Cj's French & Fondue Restaurant

Communal cheese and meat fondues bring an authentic slice of the Alps straight to a snug Neutral Bay dining room. Regulars head to this dimly lit bistro for the full ritual—swirling crusty bread through molten Swiss cheese, followed by cuts of raw beef sizzled tableside in pots of bubbling oil. Bring your own vintage along for a modest corkage, then finish off the table with a flame-kissed crepe suzette.

  • Communal multi-course fondue: Tableside burners simmer Swiss cheese for bread dipping before courses of beef sizzled in oil or broth with savory sauces.
  • BYO wine friendly: Guests can bring their favorite wine from home to complement the rich Alpine dishes.
  • Intimate family hospitality: A husband-and-wife team runs the compact dining room with French tunes, cozy lighting, and classic bistro fare.
