Regulars bypass any fuss, pointing to trays of spiced chicken skewers, kofte curry, and mixed chalaw before grabbing a seat—usually eating within minutes. The real draw is the in-house bakery, turning out hot, blistered rotis and stuffed bolani on demand. Night owls stop in right up to midnight for warming bowls of slow-simmered paya or tender lamb shank yakhni scooped up with torn pieces of warm bread.
