Tucked inside Kogarah Clubhouse, The Pearl delivers bustling Cantonese cart-style yum cha and generous banquets without CBD prices. Steaming bamboo baskets roll past tables stacked with plump prawn wontons, silky cheung fan, and braised chicken feet. Evening diners lean into sharing pots of diced Wagyu with mushrooms, crisp Peking duck carved for warm pancakes, and saucy Zhenjiang ribs. Membership unlocks steep bill discounts and easy parking, but the real draw is pure comfort—piping pots of jasmine tea and plates emptied down to the last grain of rice.
