Shaw Estate delivers estate-grown wines and Mediterranean plates in a sunlit pavilion overlooking Murrumbateman vines. Tastings sit to the right; dining unfolds to the left. Diners treat it as their go-to destination when visitors hit the ACT, settling in for multi-course banquets of pea and goat cheese arancini, mafaldine lamb ragu, and crisp rosemary potatoes. Pour a glass of cool-climate shiraz alongside wagyu tagliata, followed by a slice of tiramisu.
