Radio Cairo delivers an energetic, spice-heavy collision of African, Sri Lankan, and Cajun flavors under one eclectic Mosman roof. The dining room buzzes with conversation, vintage 1970s film reels flickering silently on the walls, and tables packed with share plates. Diners point to glazed pork ribs, charred South African lamb sosaties, and flatbread stuffed with caramelized onion and cheddar as table essentials.
