Modus Brewing serves serious, house-brewed craft beers and hefty burgers right beside the industrial production tanks in Mona Vale. It is an easy pick for an unpretentious arvo catch-up. Patrons settle in between operational stainless steel vats over pints of hazy IPA or paddle flights, tearing into crisp lemon pepper wings and juicy MO burgers. Families and dog owners roll through the sunlit tables without fuss, while the bar staff seam fresh takeaway cans on a manual tabletop seamer straight from the tap.
