Long timber tables sit beneath gleaming fermentation tanks, while founding brewer Chuck Hahn still works the room, chatting through pours of crisp Original Pilsner and West Coast IPA. Parents head straight for the dedicated kids’ play area and family space, settling in without the usual taproom shuffle. Out on the deck, food truck Tony Eats from Whole Beast Butchery turns out grass-fed beef burgers and crisp, flaky sausage rolls with properly seasoned fries.
