About Mazaidar Foods

North Parramatta heads to Mazaidar Foods for uncompromising Pakistani morning feasts and slow-cooked Punjabi staples. Early risers pack the room on weekends for Lahori nashta—warm halwa, spiced cholay, and crisp puris that come to the table light rather than weighed down by oil. The kitchen also tackles slow-simmered regional cuts rarely found elsewhere in Western Sydney, from lamb shank nihari to tender trotters in rich paya broth. Meals finish simply with tall glasses of sweet lassi or spiced doodh patti poured hot.

  • Lahori-Style Weekend Nashta: Weekend mornings center on puffy puris, spiced chickpea cholay, sweet halwa, and tawa parathas.
  • Slow-Cooked Offal Specialties: The kitchen cooks heritage cuts often missing from standard menus, including rich lamb paya and brain masala.
  • Ramadan Iftar Buffets: During Ramadan, the dining room hosts a set buffet featuring chicken and lamb curries, seekh kebabs, and Rooh Afza.
