About Jizakana

Tucked away in Cammeray Square, this North Shore dining room delivers an omakase-level rhythm plate by plate without the elbow-to-elbow crush. Broad tables and uncrowded walkways leave plenty of breathing room, setting an unhurried tempo whether for milestone family birthdays or low-key date nights. Diners single out the seafood execution—thick slices of raw kingfish and tuna alongside delicate, warm chawanmushi on rainy nights. The kitchen also turns out a rich marbled wagyu steak paired with roasted bone marrow and sharp ponzu, rounded out by a slice of kinako tiramisu.

  • Room to breathe: Tables are spaced generously apart with wide walkways, offering a calm, uncrowded alternative to dense city counters.
  • Wagyu and bone marrow: A 200g cut with a marbling score of 9+ served alongside rich roasted bone marrow and citrusy ponzu cut.
  • Course-by-course tempo: Pacing mirrors a multi-course tasting menu, from pristine sashimi platters to warm chawanmushi and mentaiko spaghetti.
