About Diggy Doo's Coffee

Down an arcade basement stairwell on Bridge Street, coffee diehards gather for brews rarely seen in the commercial core—zero corporate rush included. Regulars post up on vintage chairs for single-origin v60s and beans rotating in from roasters across the globe, accompanied by toasted kimchi and tuna melts hot off the press. Coming by on a Sunday? The main arcade stays locked, so slip through the Dalley Street back door instead.

  • Global Specialty Coffee: Rotating beans from global roasters alongside creamy flat whites and delicate filter pours.
  • Subterranean Arcade Refuge: A cozy, vintage basement refuge tucked below the street away from the corporate rush.
  • Signature Savory Melts: Pressed kimchi toasts and house tuna melts made to accompany your morning cup.
  • Sunday Back-Door Entry: Open through the weekend with back alley door access when the main arcade gates are locked.
