Owner Anil orchestrates the room personally—greeting tables, pouring congratulatory sips for milestones, and guiding orders. Tables fill quickly with slow-simmered lamb curries, rich butter chicken, and pillowy garlic naans pulled hot from the tandoor. Plump tandoori platters sizzle across the spacious dining room and sheltered outdoor terrace, best paired with cold Kingfisher on tap.
