Pull up downstairs for a casual counter-ordered pint of Katoomba Witbier, or head up the stairs into the wood-paneled brasserie for full table service. The kitchen handles comforting classics like tender lamb shanks and steak and ale pie alongside roasted bone marrow and kangaroo skewers.
