Set in a soaring industrial warehouse on Bourke Road, Mecca roasts its own beans on-site and pairs single-origin brews with inventive brunch fare. An overhead mezzanine lets you look out over the busy barista floor, keeping the space airy despite the morning rush. Regulars rely on the spicy kick of the chilli scrambled eggs and the BAE burger served on thick-cut toast alongside freshly pulled batch brew.

    The range of retail coffee is fantastic, and I loved the overhead mezzanine where you can sit back, overlook the baristas, and watch everything happening below.
