Rotating lazy Susans keep banquet platters within easy reach across generations—from Peking duck rolled into thin pancakes to whole fish simmered in soy, ginger, and shallots. Staff balance fast pacing with family hospitality, occasionally delighting younger guests with table-side magic tricks before meals wrap with orange wedges, watermelon, and fortune cookies.
