Tuesday through Thursday, guests flip through the records to cue the turntable; come Friday, resident DJs work the room. Regulars point newcomers toward the Wax Blossom—gin cut with sake—paired with Japanese bar snacks. Behind the bar, the crew chats through tracklists and wine pours without an ounce of pretension.
