About Copo Cafe

Tucked away beside Harris Farm, this sunlit bi-level spot trades standard brunch routines for South American plates and serious coffee. Regulars head straight upstairs to the breezy covered mezzanine, grabbing paper and folding table origami while pulling apart warm Huevos Rancheros or digging into baked eggs. Downstairs buzzes with morning chatter as baristas dial in strong Campos flat whites, alongside generous scrambles tossed with crab meat on sourdough.

  • South American Brunch Staples: Traditional brunch gives way to South American twists like Huevos Rancheros and hearty baked eggs.
  • Split-Level Dining Layout: Choose between an air-conditioned ground floor and a covered, open-air upper mezzanine with natural cross ventilation.
  • Tabletop Origami Craft: Tables come stocked with origami paper and fold guides for all skill levels while you wait for food.

Reasons to Visit Copo Cafe

Why Drummoyne locals choose Copo Cafe for brunch, coffee routines, and relaxed gatherings

  • South American brunch favorites

Freshly prepared brunch favorites are infused with South American flavors like baked eggs and Huevos Rancheros, served alongside strong specialty coffee.

Lovely cafe, delicious south American style. As someone who usually just gets a deluxe bacon and egg roll, I branched out with their Huevos Rancheros and was pleasantly surprised.

My Husband and I usually visit Copo at least Weekly - we have Breakfast before grocery shopping at Harris Farm next door.

  • Post-exercise neighborhood stop

Located just blocks from Birkenhead Point and nearby sports grounds, it provides an ideal morning post-jog breakfast reward.

We stopped by after a morning jogging at Drummoyne Oval. Well worth it, as the coffee and breakfast were just perfect.

  • Split-level indoor and open-air layout

A bi-level floor plan with an air-conditioned ground floor and a covered, open-air upper level creates an inviting venue to catch up with friends.

Comfortable, reasonably spacious, pleasant atmosphere. Downstairs was enclosed with aircon, upstairs was covered, open air hence no aircon.

  • Interactive tabletop origami craft

Guests can engage in step-by-step origami folding across all skill levels with paper provided directly at dining tables while food is prepared.

Really enjoyed doing some origami while waiting for some food. They have instructions for all levels and paper available. Great idea!
