About Beau Sydney

Tucked down a Surry Hills laneway, Beau pairs communal dining with front-row views of an open-plan kitchen. Bring a crew of four or more to work across the shared plates—think savoury dips alongside unexpected pairings like ripe tomatoes and peaches. Floor staff keep wine pairings sharp and intuitive, while the kitchen hums along right in front of the room. It suits milestone dinners as comfortably as an unhurried, wine-fuelled lunch.

  • Open-Plan Kitchen: The dining room centers around an active open-plan kitchen where guests watch the culinary brigade at work.
  • Shared-Plate Format: Dishes are paced for the whole table, best experienced with four or more guests sharing plates and paired wines.
