About Totti’s

Bondi Rd runs on the crackle of Totti’s courtyard and the char of its wood-fired flatbread. Stepping past the front pub, long communal tables sit under mature leafy trees in an open-air Mediterranean courtyard. Regulars map out their starters early—pairing warm, blistered rounds straight from the oven with plates of burrata, melon, and spicy 'nduja. Pastas come built for sharing, whether it is beef rigatoni ragù or crab reginette tossed in chilli and toasted pangrattato. Service moves fast amid the buzz, rounding out the afternoon with glasses of Italian wine and slices of chocolate torte.

    Totti’s centerpiece wood-fired bread arrives hot and blistered, tailored for modular pairing with add-ons like creamy burrata, spicy ’nduja, and fresh tomatoes.

    The flatbread is definitely a must-order and I can see why almost every table gets one. You can choose from different add-ons, and this time we had it with burrata, tomato and ’nduja.

    Attentive hospitality and considerate personal touches ensure milestone celebrations and family gatherings feel valued rather than rushed.

    The staff were 10/10 attentive, filling up our wines and checking in, also allowing us to take time to order and view the menu rather than rushing us. As it was my birthday we got a nice dessert and a polaroid photo which was a lovely touch.
