Regulars head straight for the Wednesday evening all-you-can-eat spread—piled high with slow-cooked ribs, lamb kofta, and blistered pitas alongside whipped hommus. Between fairy-lit beams, families spread out over woodfired pizzas like the hot honey Bee Sting and plates of crispy duck fat potatoes.
