About PIZZE BABY

This Glebe terrace runs on thin, crisp pizza bases and unhurried neighborhood charm. Owners Vinny and Angela run the 15-to-20-seat room with zero rush, turning out blistered pies where toppings stay anchored rather than slipping into a pool of sauce. Regulars tip each other off to the handmade spinach ravioli tossed with pork and fennel sausage, chased with a house negroni or a slice of baked cheesecake finished with warm grapes.

  • Crisp Thin-Crust Bases: Pizzas feature thin, crisp bases baked so toppings hold firm across every slice.
  • Owner-Run Dining Room: Owners Vinny and Angela host an intimate 15-to-20-seat dining room without table-turning pressure.
  • Dog-Friendly Alfresco Dining: Curbside outdoor seating accommodates dogs alongside casual alfresco meals.

Why Diners Choose PIZZE BABY

Crafted Italian classics, relaxed dining, and genuine warmth in Glebe

  • Crisp, Structurally Sound Bases

Pizzas are prepared on thin, crisp bases that hold their structure and let distinct topping combinations shine.

The bases were thin and crispy, and served hot. The toppings didn't slide off in a heap of goo on to the table, as in some other joints, but managed to remain snugly attached to the base of the pizza.

  • Exceptional Fresh Pasta

From delicate ravioli to rich lamb ragu, fresh handmade pastas consistently rival or exceed the city's best Italian kitchens.

Just as impressive is the pasta, which is always fresh, full of flavour and cooked beautifully.

The intimate shopfront environment welcomes casual get-togethers without rushed table turnovers or ordering pressure.

They didn’t constantly pressure or hurry you to order which we liked!

  • Delight That Exceeds Expectations

The unassuming 15–20 seat space turns skepticism into pure wonder once the thoughtfully crafted food arrives.

The first bite and man you are blown away. The feeling of happiness mixed with sorrow of having pre-judged them.
