Where should we stop overnight on a two-day Sydney to Melbourne coastal drive?
We can leave Sydney in the morning, drive until late afternoon and continue the next day.

Choose the overnight town only after mapping both days' real driving time, including breaks and the coastal detours you want. Two days allow a transfer with a few stops, not an unhurried coast tour.
