Westfield Mount Druitt’s retro pitstop channels vintage American diner energy with open grills and cooked-to-order smash patties. Regulars drop in for a proper feed—crisp chicken breast on brioche, seasoned beef, and fountain sodas that bypass typical mall fast-food shortcuts. Potatoes are sliced fresh on-site for the fries and paired with house fry sauce.
