About PULAO HOUSE

Pulao House cuts through the Harris Park dining strip with fragrant regional pulao where individual grains stay light, distinct, and free of food dye. Tables fill fast with clay pots of spicy gongura mutton pulao, Chitti Royala prawns, and earthy mushroom rice. Diners pair the grains with charred tandoori momos or butter chicken dumplings, finishing the spread alongside thick mango lassi.

  • Delicate, uncolored pulao: Regional styles like Chitti Royala and mushroom pulao are cooked with separated grains and zero artificial food coloring.
  • Tandoori & fusion momos: Appetizers bridge regional rice dishes with plates of smoky tandoori and butter chicken dumplings.
