About Manousheh

Freshly rolled dough hits the oven for classic Lebanese breakfast flatbreads alongside loaded bowls. The kitchen turns out folded zaatar and cheese, sujuk with egg, and a fried cauliflower manoush drizzled with tahini. Regulars drop in for morning school runs or sit down over hefty dip platters and granola-topped pistachio acai.

  • Traditional Lebanese Manousheh: Spiced sujuk and cheese, meat and eggs, and folded zaatar baked hot to order on soft, blistered flatbread.
  • Fried Cauliflower Flatbread: Crispy fried cauliflower paired with sesame tahini on warm flatbread, a standout house signature.
  • Loaded Acai Bowls: Thick blended acai finished with crunchy homemade granola, fresh fruit, and pistachio drizzle.
